Job Description

Join us as a Nutrition Coordinator! You will develop meal strategies, cater to diverse dietary needs, and improve patient health outcomes through tailored nutritional support. Your expertise will ensure that we meet the dietary standards of care.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop nutritional programmes that align with clinical guidelines.
  • Assess and monitor the nutritional status of patients.
  • Advise on nutrition management during patient care.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to secure optimal patient health outcomes.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on nutrition-related topics.
  • Ensure dietary education materials are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Implement quality control measures for food services.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of nutrition services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • Master's in Nutrition or Public Health is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in nutrition management
