Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Collaborate with personal trainers and physiotherapists for holistic care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Assist in client retention strategies and marketing efforts.
• Ensure all treatments comply with health regulations and standards.
• Prepare therapy room and equipment for client sessions.
• Document client feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy or equivalent
• Qualifications in physiotherapy are a strong advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience working in a sports clinic or similar environment preferred.
