Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Trouble Shooter to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth operations within our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical escalations effectively
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and systems
  • Train staff on best practices for technical support and troubleshooting
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in a related field
Experience
  • Experience in a similar role within the IT industry is advantageous

  • Troubleshooting Methodologies
  • ITIL Framework

  • Team Collaboration
Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile teams for project delivery.
  • Experience with Helpdesk Systems: Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Zendesk.
