Job Description

As a Christmas Tree Contractor, you will play a vital role in the lifecycle of Christmas trees, overseeing their cultivation, harvesting, and delivery. We are looking for someone who is passionate about horticulture and committed to providing customers with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise seasonal staff during planting, harvesting, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct quality checks on trees before delivery.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote sales during the holiday season.
• Keep accurate records of tree sales and customer interactions.
• Lead training sessions for new employees on tree handling and customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Agriculture or Horticulture preferred

Experience

• Experience in managing seasonal staff or operations is a plus

Technical Skills

• Irrigation system knowledge
• Pest control techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
