Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Spray Technician to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include applying pesticides and fertilizers, diagnosing and treating lawn issues, and providing exceptional care to maintain the health and appearance of our customers' lawns.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatment protocols for pest and weed control.
• Provide detailed insights on lawn issues to help customers understand their lawn's needs.
• Train and mentor junior staff in lawn care techniques and equipment usage.
• Assist in developing new lawn care services and promotions.
• Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Compile reports on treatment outcomes and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in pest management or lawn care is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
