Job Description

As a Sales Associate in our vibrant Liverpool store, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to drive sales through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
• Identify and meet customer needs through personalized service.
• Ensure the store is visually appealing and products are well-displayed.
• Accurately process payments and manage cash registers.
• Work with colleagues to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
• Report any merchandise discrepancies or issues.
• Actively engage with customers to build relationships and loyalty.
• Educate customers on promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Further education or vocational training in retail management is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
