Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to forge strong relationships with clients in the financial services industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing key client accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand relationships with high-value clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to support lead generation activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet client and company needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Provide training and support for new customers to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase visibility.
  • Develop and manage budgets related to client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team regarding customer expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • CIM or similar professional qualifications desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in client relationship management within financial services.
