Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our marketing campaigns and drive brand visibility through creative strategies. Your role will involve collaborating with teams to develop engaging content, manage social media platforms, and optimise online engagement to achieve growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyse user engagement data to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content calendars for all social platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
  • Develop reports to highlight marketing performance and ROI.
  • Research and evaluate new marketing technologies and strategies.
  • Attend industry events to network and promote the brand.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Facilitate training workshops for team members on best marketing practices.
  • Implement feedback loops for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on management and strategy
