Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated General Practitioner to join our Stoke-on-Trent clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare and will have experience in a variety of general practice settings. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment, while closely collaborating with our nursing and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care and support.
• Evaluate and interpret diagnostic tests and results.
• Advise patients on lifestyle changes and health management.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior staff and medical students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Emergency Care

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Mental Health First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Involvement in quality improvement initiatives: Experience in leading quality improvement projects within a clinical setting.
• Research experience in primary care: Experience conducting research or clinical trials in general practice.
