Responsibilities

• Measure and report on content performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with external partners for guest blogging or content collaborations.
• Create user guides and documentation for customer-facing content.
• Manage and mentor junior content creators in the team.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate emerging content marketing technologies and trends.
• Support overall brand strategy through effective storytelling.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy and execution
