Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Environmental Engineer to join our dynamic team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sustainable solutions to environmental challenges, conducting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to promote best practices in environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend technologies for sustainable development projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders.
• Assist in developing proposals and presentations for new projects.
• Implement continuous improvement measures in environmental practices and procedures.
• Assess and analyse environmental data to inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental impact assessment

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
