Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Construction Innovations Ltd., you will take charge of the execution of construction projects. Your leadership will guide teams through every stage, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Evaluate project costs and develop financial reports.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Adapt project plans and schedules as necessary to accommodate any changes.
• Prepare and present project updates to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
