Job Description

As our new Project Manager, you’ll coordinate project resources, oversee daily operations, and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strategic mindset to navigate challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • PMP certification preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience

  • Project Management Software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Asana)
