Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status on an ongoing basis
• Administer prescribed treatments and manage side effects
• Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
• Support patients and families during difficult times
• Participate in clinical audits and research initiatives
• Implement best practices in patient care delivery
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Train and mentor new nursing staff
• Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a nursing role

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Patient Assessment

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Specialization in pediatric nursing: Experience or specialization in providing care to children.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with using EHR systems to document patient information.
