Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in Swansea. The successful candidate will provide excellent patient care, maintain accurate medical records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Assess and monitor patient health status on an ongoing basis
  • Administer prescribed treatments and manage side effects
  • Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
  • Support patients and families during difficult times
  • Participate in clinical audits and research initiatives
  • Implement best practices in patient care delivery
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
  • Train and mentor new nursing staff
  • Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a nursing role

Certifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
