Job Description

As a Machined Parts Metal Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to machined metal parts, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to strict safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal spraying and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute spray coating operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Mix and prepare coating materials as per specifications.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate logs of materials used in each job.
• Assist in training junior sprayers on best practices for coating applications.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning on all spray equipment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• Additional certification in metal spraying or surface coatings

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
