Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to spearhead our quality initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes while also training staff on best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the manufacturing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor and analyse quality data to identify trends.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development of training programmes for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials and components.
  • Implement and monitor internal audit processes.
  • Coordinate with customers on quality-related issues.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives in production.
  • Ensure timely reporting of non-conformities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Quality Assurance is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years in quality engineering in a manufacturing environment
