Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Distribution Manager to lead our logistics operations in Bangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the distribution process, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the distribution operation to meet company goals and standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Manage staff schedules and workload to maximize efficiency.
• Analyze distribution data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Work closely with procurement and sales teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Maintain relationships with transport and logistics providers.
• Review financial reports and budgets related to logistics.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in distribution activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar
• Relevant certifications are desirable

Experience

• 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution roles
