Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Birmingham. In this role, you'll coordinate activities, optimise processes, and ensure that our warehouse maintains high standards of safety and efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing our team and improving workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities to support overall business objectives.
  • Ensure optimal organisation of the warehouse layout for efficient workflow.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and present to senior management.
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Drive initiatives for improving operational processes and reducing costs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop action plans for team members.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for resolving operational issues and emergencies.
  • Engage with corporate strategy to align warehouse operations with company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading warehouse teams
