Job Description

We are searching for a Warehouse Manager in Leeds to lead our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities in the warehouse run smoothly and safely, while managing a team of staff dedicated to maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team in achieving operational targets.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory management systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance warehouse management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Plan and coordinate stocktaking processes.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced qualifications in logistics management are preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a managerial role within warehouse operations
