Job Description

As an Order Clerk, you'll play a key role in our warehouse team, responsible for maintaining accurate records, organizing inventory, and coordinating the smooth dispatch of shipments. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify their contents.
• Verify product details, quantities, and conditions before stocking.
• Pick and pack orders accurately for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures.
• Utilize warehouse management systems effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Quickly address any issues related to shipping and receiving.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent
