Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Bristol facility. You will ensure efficient workflow, manage inventory, and lead a team of dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and a solid understanding of logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities and delegate tasks to team members.
• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Enhance team collaboration by fostering a positive work environment.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Act as a point of contact for warehouse-related inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory experience preferred
