Job Description

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Clerk to manage our logistics operations. This role includes overseeing inventory levels, coordinating shipping schedules, and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that shipping processes are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform regular checks on inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Assist with training staff on inventory management best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports on shipping and receiving activities for management review.
• Monitor transportation costs and report on budgetary discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
