Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Cardiff operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, managing staff, and coordinating logistics to enhance overall workflow.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the structure of warehouse operations.
• Train and evaluate warehouse personnel performance.
• Streamline operational processes to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new technology and systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• SAP Warehouse Management
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Strategic Planning
• Team Building

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with FMCG logistics: Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) logistics management.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management: Additional certifications relevant to supply chain processes.
