Job Description

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our transportation operations, ensuring the effective management of our fleet. You will liaise with drivers, manage schedules, and coordinate maintenance activities to keep our fleet running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead fleet procurement efforts, including vehicle acquisition.
  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the logistics team and assist with operational issues.
  • Participate in budget planning for fleet operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the fleet.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet operations

Certifications
  • Driver CPC Qualification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
