Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You'll conduct outreach through various channels to identify needs and tailor solutions, all while working within a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities through various channels including phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify and assess potential customers, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, providing timely information and addressing their queries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, achieving individual and team targets.
  • Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and industry events to enhance product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes based on customer feedback.
  • Keep abreast of competitors' offerings and industry developments.

Requirements

Education
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable.
Experience
  • Previous experience in the technology industry is advantageous.
