Spring Tester

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Spring Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be tasked with conducting both automated and manual testing on our Spring framework applications. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products, whilst collaborating closely with developers and QA staff to enhance our processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing on Spring framework applications to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.
• Execute manual and automated test cases based on project specifications.
• Document test results and collaborate on resolving issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.
• Attend project meetings to review testing progress and challenges.
• Maintain testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Support load and performance testing initiatives.
• Review project requirements and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Foster a culture of quality across the development team.

Advantageous

• Experience with testing RESTful APIs: Ability to validate and verify APIs for functionality and performance.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing: Experience in testing database queries and transactions.
