Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Policy Analyst to join our team in Swindon. You will play a vital role in examining and developing policy frameworks that comply with legal standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of legal principles and analytical skills to interpret complex regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on legal risks associated with policy decisions.
• Facilitate workshops to promote compliance awareness across the organisation.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors on complex compliance issues.
• Support the implementation of compliance monitoring systems.
• Lead initiatives to improve the organisation's policy compliance framework.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law or Compliance is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role with focus on compliance

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) membership preferred
• Institute of Risk Management (IRM) certification preferred
