Responsibilities

• Execute grooming services while ensuring the highest standards of pet care.
• Consult with pet owners to address specific grooming preferences or concerns.
• Maintain grooming equipment and tools in proper working order through regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist in managing the scheduling of grooming appointments to optimise service delivery.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for pets and owners alike, fostering a friendly environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff or apprentices as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced grooming qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of pet grooming experience preferred
