Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers post-issue resolution.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the respective departments.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving services.
  • Assist in the development of training materials for new team members.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing best practices for customer support.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-focused role
