Job Description

As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a vital role in shaping training strategies and delivering high-quality development sessions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in training and development, with the ability to adapt methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Create a range of learning solutions to meet diverse training needs.
  • Engage actively with learners to ensure effective understanding and application of learning.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating training programmes and ensure continual improvement.
  • Continually research emerging trends in learning and development.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and act on the inputs received.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to integrate learning technology.
  • Ensure that all training is compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously while safely meeting deadlines.
  • Act as a resource for learners and staff in the application of newly acquired knowledge.
  • Engage in network building and collaboration with external training consultants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Resources
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate training or consulting
