• Prepare detailed reports for management on reliability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience focused on reliability improvement initiatives

Technical Skills

• FMEA and RCM
• Statistical Analysis Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of ISO 55000 Standards: Understanding of asset management standards and frameworks.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control: Application of statistical methods to monitor and control processes.
