Job Description

As a Warehouse Specialist at Logistics Solutions Ltd., you will manage and oversee the inventory and distribution operations of our warehouse. This role includes handling the movement of goods, managing stock levels, and ensuring that all logistics activities are executed smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming products.
• Organise and maintain inventory records.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks and containers.
• Assist with stock audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to optimise outbound shipments.
• Implement best practices for warehouse operations.
• Assist with training new hires.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software (WMS)
• Microsoft Excel
• Forklift Operation

Certifications

• Valid Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies for operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field: Formal education in logistics or related disciplines is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning software for logistics.
