Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to lead our inventory management efforts in Newport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing stock control processes, ensuring accurate inventory records, and optimizing the flow of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory control initiatives that aim to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory in compliance with company standards.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to enhance inventory flow.
  • Continuously review and improve stock handling processes.
  • Respond to inventory discrepancies and advise on corrective measures.
  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports for senior management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in inventory control or logistics
