Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Director to spearhead our operational strategies and drive growth within our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing online retail operations, optimising customer experience, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Enhance customer interaction and satisfaction through innovative solutions.
  • Set and monitor departmental goals in line with company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Establish partnerships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility within the department.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance against objectives.
  • Lead by example to inspire and motivate staff towards achieving business goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • MBA is preferred
Experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior operational role within e-commerce
