Join our production team as a Continuous Process Coffee Roaster! This role requires a keen eye for quality and experience in coffee roasting. You will manage the entire roasting process, ensuring each batch meets our high standards for flavour and aroma.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for coffee roasting operations to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to align on product specifications.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to assess roast quality and adjust processes accordingly.
• Assist in inventory management of raw coffee beans and finished products.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• Coffee roasting certification or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in coffee roasting or similar food production

Technical Skills

• Continuous roasting systems
• Sensory evaluation

Languages

• English: Fluent
