Job Description

A meat dresser is responsible for preparing and dressing meat products for sale or further processing. You will work closely with our team to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in staff training and supervision of junior butchers.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize processing operations.
  • Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions promptly.
