Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Geographic Information Systems Technologist to join our dynamic team. With a focus on developing and managing GIS databases, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate spatial data management to support our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex GIS databases.
  • Ensure compliance with GIS data standards and regulations.
  • Work with clients to support GIS-driven decision-making processes.
  • Implement data modelling techniques for spatial data management.
  • Research and apply new GIS technologies and practices.
  • Provide mentorship to junior GIS staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master’s in GIS or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in GIS database management

Languages
