Cyber Security Analyst

Job Description

We seek a dedicated Cyber Security Analyst to bolster our cybersecurity team. You will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents while implementing security measures to protect our assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security architecture frameworks.
• Analyze and report on detected security incidents.
• Manage security tools, including firewalls and IDS/IPS.
• Conduct threat intelligence analysis.
• Work with development teams to integrate security into software.
• Ensure proactive measures are taken to mitigate risks.
• Communicate security threats and vulnerabilities to stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles

• Malware Analysis

Certifications

• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks: Familiarity with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP frameworks.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript: Ability to script and automate security processes for efficiency.
