Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the hotel ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in hiring and training of new staff, promoting a culture of excellence.

  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting for the hotel's financial health.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Management or Hotel Management
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality
