Job Description

As a Non-Profit Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our programs are effectively meeting community needs. You will be responsible for strategic planning, staff management, and coordinating fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit management and a passion for social change.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance metrics to evaluate program success.
  • Lead the creation of promotional material to enhance public awareness.
  • Develop budgets and manage financials to align with program objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with donors and funding agencies.
  • Conduct community assessments to better align services with needs.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting to the Executive Director.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Non-Profit Management is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector
