Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee various projects in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the construction team and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Continuously monitor project resources and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
  • Ensure that all project deadlines are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management
