Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain design specifications and guidelines.
  • Ensure designs are practical and functional across devices.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers to validate design hypotheses.
  • Create and manage project timelines to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or relevant field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Figma Expert user of Figma for design and prototyping.
  • Sketch Proficient in Sketch with a focus on UI design.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Strong skills in Adobe tools for visual design.
  • HTML/CSS Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS for understanding front-end development.
  • Creativity Exceptional creative skills for innovative design solutions.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Able to navigate challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)
  • UX Design Institute Diploma
  • English (Fluent)

  • Portfolio of UX/UI projects: Demonstrated ability to present a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
