Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sewing Machine Adjuster who will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and adjusting sewing machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You will collaborate with our production team to optimize performance and achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Adjust and troubleshoot sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine checks on machine settings and calibration.
• Work closely with the production team to fine-tune sewing processes.
• Document performance and maintenance activities accurately.
• Provide technical support to machine operators as needed.
• Identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and quality.
• Maintain safety standards in the production environment.
• Attend training sessions to stay abreast of new techniques and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Sewing Machine Maintenance or Repair

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the textile manufacturing environment.

• Computer-controlled Sewing Machines

Certifications

• Certification in Industrial Sewing Machine Technology

Languages

• English: Fluent
