Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and workshops for prospective clients.
• Provide technical support for medical devices post-sale.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries and installations.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints.
• Research competitors and stay updated on market trends.
• Organize and participate in promotional events and exhibitions.
• Monitor client feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with R&D team based on customer feedback.
• Create sales training materials for new team members.
• Directly report to the Sales Manager on weekly sales activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience within the medical sales environment
