Job Description

As a Facilities Manager in London, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. This includes managing maintenance, health and safety compliance, and vendor relationships while streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards and regulations.
• Direct the maintenance and repair activities to minimise disruptions.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for facility layouts.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
• Manage workplace ergonomics and compliance to enhance employee well-being.
• Coordinate logistics for event space preparations and maintenance.
• Establish risk management and emergency procedures.
• Keep detailed records of facility maintenance and improvements.
• Train staff on facility management best practices and safety protocols.
• Plan and execute facility audits and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Facilities Management or Business Administration is preferable

Experience

• 5+ years in facilities management with team leadership experience
