Job Description

We are seeking a talented Audio Mixing Engineer to join our Kilmarnock-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for mixing audio tracks to achieve high-quality sound that meets the needs of our diverse clients. You will work closely with artists and producers to ensure the final product reflects their vision and maintains industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality audio mixes that reflect the artistic vision of the project.
  • Work with editing software to cut, arrange, and layer audio tracks.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to artists during the mixing process.
  • Design and implement audio effects to enhance recordings.
  • Collaborate with the production team to align audio with visual elements.
  • Train junior staff in audio mixing techniques and best practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on final audio products.
  • Update audio equipment and software based on project requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in audio mixing or a related role
