We are currently seeking a motivated Accountant to support our financial operations in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll be involved in preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance and identify trends.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics.
• Assist in the development of business plans and forecasts.
• Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Support the finance team in monthly closing processes.
• Actively participate in team meetings and strategy discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACCA or CIMA qualification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
