Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Environmental Scientist to join our Leicester team. This role is pivotal in conducting environmental assessments, developing sustainable practices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of environmental science and apply their knowledge to real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with environmental legislation.
  • Develop sustainability plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Research emerging trends in environmental science and technology.
  • Engage with the community on environmental initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous
Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience
