Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to play a key role in the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion while managing team dynamics and client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure efficient communication.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team.
  • Gather and analyze project performance data.
  • Support the creation of project presentations for senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field
  • PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management roles
