Job Description

We are seeking skilled Milling and Planing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce components that meet our high-quality standards. Experience in the metalworking industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings based on product specifications.
• Work closely with the quality control department to uphold product standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production and quality improvements.
• Document any operational problems and assist in finding solutions.
• Monitor supply levels and report needs to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machining or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
